Yurakucho
Yurakucho is a located in Chiyoda-ku (one of the 23 wards in Tokyo) between Ginza and Hibiya Park, just next to Shimbashi. Yurakucho is something of a downbeat version of Ginza. Not so grand, not so glory, but something more calm. There are many local izakayas here as well as yakitoriya or raamen shop. Most of them seem to be located under the tracks.
It is said that Yurakucho name comes from Meiji Period, when this area was called Urakusai.
Just next to Yurakucho is Shimbashi in Yamanote Line.
