Tofu

The healthy food

Just like miso, tofu is also made from soybeans. The healthiness of this food is based on it's high quantity of vegetable protein and vitamin B. Tofu doesn't include milk at all and has a very low on fat. Since tofu doesn't really taste much like anything, it's often topped with finely chopped green onions and ginger. It's often served with fish foods, and most often it's cold. It tastes refreshing and gives a nice chilling feeling in summer.
