Minato Mirai 21
Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 towers.
Minato Mirai 21 is a famous entertainment square in Yokohama.
It's most distinct feature is perphaps the massive Landmark Tower, which is Japan's tallest skyscraper.
There is also amusement park Cosmo World near it which has Japan's largest ferris wheel, and sail training ship Nippon Maru.
Minato Mirai litarlly means "Harbor Future". This is built on land claimed by sea.
There are various old fashioned buildings nearby, and World Porters shopping center. Yokohama Museum of Art is just next to Landmark Tower.
United Nations University is planned to be built in Minato Mirai in future.
From Shibuya, there are various ways to go to Minato Mirai. Minatomirai Line from Shibuya (Operated by Tokyu Toyoko line) which was started on 2004 will take you to the actual station of Minato Mirai, or Motomachi Chugakai, where you can access China Town easily.
