Mercuric Dance
Japan's synthesizer guru Haruomi "Harry" Hosono does excellent job again in his CD "Mercuric Dance". He combines his own strange rhythms to contemporary ambient music that is much influenced from Brian Eno's evocative and visual ambient music.
Mercuric Dance is a very different album than Omni Sight Seeing was, in this he concentrates to paint visual, peacefull scenes. It feels also as if Ryuichi sakamoto was present, especially some of the synthesizer strings resemble of his works.
I recommend this album to all of you who are interested about Japanese ambient scene - a peacefull and very well finished album that can be listened many times.
