Free LiveCams in Japan Tested
Finding Live Online Cameras
I have been asked often to review and give information about LiveCams in Japan. So finally I got myself a little time and searched from Google: webcams + Japan
Keywords Livecams + Japan + Online didn't produce such interesting results, since I'm not interested to see some naked girls.
Sites offering LiveCams
One interesting site was: http://www.wetterklima.de/cams/japancam.htm which offered a clickable map where user can select from the map which location he is interested.
One of the most stunning experience was: NTT's Webcams in Fukushima! They offer perfectly smooth video and some even audio. I recommend to check it!
Canon's Livecam selection was also great! The livecams are really high quality and image is really sharp. And there are broad variety of those. Canon's Livecams is the winner of the reviews because of their interesting location and image quality.
Review
I reviewed four aspects of the livecams, first whether the camera is controllable, which means that the user can turn and zoom the camera using buttons in the website. If there are many users it might be that user can't have his own chance to turn the camera and also the negative side that camera is turning all the time.
Perhaps more important aspect for me was the Image Quality. Fuzzy and poor JPG feed the camera gives satisfy nobody. Canon's Livecams proved to be best.
Most important was however the location and the content of the livecam. Most interesting addition was dentist's webcam in Hachinohe. See it here.
