She has not given many interviews at all, but one thing I'd would have like to know why she does not consider Liza Dalby's research about geisha as credible.
In early interviews she even spoke quite rudely about Dalby who many consider to have written the best english work about geisha.
(Liza Dalby would be interesting person to interview, just for a suggestion )
