Arura Movie

We are nearing to the end of the production stage and getting ready for post-production.
Its been amazing month. I have never worked so hard before. Last weekend we worked 18 hours days, and slept on set.

Thus, the time has come to post some photos of the movie and the cast.
Our graphic designer is working with the poster and advertisement now, and the website will appear within next week.

Here comes.

It was exchausting, hectic, drastic production weekend.
Yesterday we finished final shots and I'm happy to announce that we're off from the production vagon.
Arura is on post-production.
YES! I myself still cannot believe but we've got everything we need.

Thus, I cancelled most of my graphic design jobs in Finland (only selecting the bare minimum what I cannot cancel) and move temporarely to my parents house to edit. I will bring my editing studio and MAGGIE camera with me.

I will look like HIKIKOMORI, locking myself in my room for a month with my Mac.

Pre-release copy will come out on 25th of October if things go as planned.
The Arura will come out in 1st of December.

And yes, it will be available in Arura Movie Website (which is still, sorry, terribly under construction) www.aruramovie.com

The DVD will include interesting extras, such as SAVANT band's studio session and complete making of Arura Movie documentary.

But I decided to move to Japan in February. By the way, are you in Japan in December? I want to invite you to Japanese premiere party of the movie. You can meet all the staff of the movie.

I'm taking the Japanese Language Profiency Test on the 2nd. The first of December I'm going to see a Japan-related play in the National Theater (誘ふ水) with school buddies.

You're moving here? Cool!! May I ask, how did you secure a visa? Your own firm? Did you land a job?
Anyway, congratulations man! They say having an unrealized dream is better than having none, but it's still a rush to make one happen. Cool

I still have a last date on my visa. I got the applications for an extension today, but it's 14 pages. And it all depends on my entrance exam next february. cry

I'm back in Finland.
I still can't quite grasp my surroundings.

I still feel Im surrounded by my movie staff and we are running to next shooting location.

At the end, there turned out to be a little difficult problem of group harmony. One of the movie's member wants to withdraw from using the episode in which she appears.

This is disappointment to all because we have worked hard to make that episode come true. But if she says no, it means no and that episode will not be in Final movie.

This problem and the translation difficulty caused one month delay to the publication. Therefore, Arura movie will be premiered in 1st of January, o shogatsu.

There is chance that the world premiere will be held in Shinjuku in certain auditorium.

Acjama, you are more than welcome!

I will move in February. The visa, visa visa.. the one option which you forgot to mention.. (heart mark) The job is OK too.

Noone told me that one can have such a view on Fujisan from the plane!

I've talked Japanese, can you believe it? Grin

It is so clean here, and people use the other side of the rolling stairs!
And men can close their zippers outside of the toilet

I'm a bit tired,
found here to my host's flat, found the key she hide for me, but I can't contact her even though I wanted, because her cell phone e mail address has a strange symbol.

Oh, and about Arura.

It's good to wait for something so amazing.
